Renstrøm has 16 years recruiting and management experience. His specialization lies within search towards middle level management, top level management and specialists. Earlier in his career, he founded and managed several companies and has experience from the many dimensions of running asuccessful business. His education stems from Norwegian School of Management BI, Teknisk fagskole and Norges Takseringsforbund. Further, he has attended several courses within the fields of management, leadership and coaching. |

Erlend Emil Holmsen is an experienced headhunter with a tree digit number of solved search assignments on his track record. He has extensive experience from management, leadership, executive search, coaching, HRM and speaking. He has studied at the Norwegian School of Management BI and went to officer school in the Norwegian army where he also served in an international operation. In light of being a serial entrepreneur, he has accumulated broad knowledge about businesses processes and mechanisms.

Leif Tomas Vik has experience from management, project management and board work. His professional career started in the Norwegian Army where he served as an officer in several international operations. Later he practiced law as a lawyer in Staff Advokatfirma, Advokatfirmaet Selmer and as a judge. He has a LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Amsterdam Law School and a cand.jur from University of Oslo.

Inger Holmsen has experience from administration, management and as a controller. She holds a bachelor degree from the Norwegian School of Management BI. She possesses good research and accounting skills.
